Language of the Soul - The Primary Course
Purpose / Language of the Soul focuses on a genuinely conscious yet non-doctrinal, non-dogmatic cultivation of self-knowledge. Knowledge that is steeped in deep rest, energetic meditation and a willingness to embrace one's depth. Employing an immersive multi-year approach, the student commits to yearlong courses that allow for a natural unfolding of the habitual patterns that have prevented the student from accessing Healing & Growth. A path of clarity that leads to a sense of purpose that is both natural and soulfully driven.
Key Components of Daoyin (or Healing & Growth) /
Engaged practice in the Four Forms of Rest
A practice in presence centered upon a deep embrace with the Soul or one’s wisdom. This process begins through practice with the observer and is cultivated further through the emotional and energetic practices within Daoyin.
Practice in Daoyin as an energy meditation initially harmonizing yin and yang through the microcosmic orbit. Built upon this foundation of harmonization and energy flow, the practice then incorporates the chakras, allowing for the cultivation of a deep awareness of one's self in union with the Dao. The chakras as energy centers allow the Soul to have its way with us. To initiate Healing & Growth processes that exist outside the egoic mind’s control. Union with the Dao is an expression of both practice and intention. The practice opens the door, our intention carries us through it. The intention is for the ego and its habituated patterns to surrender its control of the how, the what and the when in life’s choices.
An access point of intuitive knowledge for all humans comes through Soul and Soul's universal mission to Heal and Grow. To Heal and Grow within the soul is a journey inward to the still-point of the self.
Advanced mentoring is a key aspect of the course. A continuous and interconnected set of conversations that focuses on how the student is approaching the challenges of learning their Soul’s language. A focus on how to practice with the habitual patterns that are blocking life’s fullest expression. A key within the conversations is to allow the student to bring to light a “nugget” they can explore in the practice of their lives.

Ways to take the Language of the Soul course/
Option 1 Shared Learning Format
Cohorts meet 1x per month, for 4 hours via a hybrid format (in-person or virtual) along with 30 individually scheduled mentoring sessions throughout the year. The schedule for the class meetings is created by the cohort at the first session. Mentoring may occur in-person, by phone or virtual. Acupuncture sessions are not included with this option and will be recommended on a person by person basis.
Coursework includes a combination of lecture, discussion, reading, meditative practice, journaling and advanced mentoring.
The course cost is $1500 per year. Payment plan choices are as follows: Payment may be made in full, or in 2 parts, by credit or Paypal via my store. For cash, Zelle, or check payments please email me to receive transaction details. With the 2 payment plan, a down payment of $500 is due before starting the course and the 2nd payment of $1000 due within 30 days of the first class. Hardship payment plans may be available upon request. All payments are non-refundable.
Option 2 1-To-1 Format with Acupuncture Included
This option includes 24 mentoring sessions along with 12 acupuncture sessions with the Language of the Soul book offering the basis of learning for the course.
Coursework includes a combination of lecture, discussion, reading, meditative practice, journaling and advanced mentoring. The format follows a flow of one acupuncture session and two mentoring sessions per month. Mentoring may occur in-person, by phone or virtual meeting.

Integral Kundalini Awakening Course - Next course start - January 27th 2024.
Integral - essential, intrinsic, fundamental
Kundalini - an energy at rest sitting at the base of the spine that through conscious practice is brought into movement or flow. A flow that arises within the energy body of the chakras, bringing within its rising a union of yin and yang. A consciousness shift occurs with a profound sense of deepened connection with the soul. A sensation of deep quiet unfolds with the sense that one has fallen into a deep ocean or desert of still consciousness. An experience that opens the door to a greater depth of conscious practice within oneself.
Awakening - an act or moment of becoming suddenly aware
The Integral Kundalini Awakening workshop serves as a catalyst in personal growth by giving focused intention into the kundalini as a point of Healing & Growth. Refinements are taught within the Microcosmic Orbit and the Chakra Energy Meditation to support and awaken the Kundalini. Attention and discernment is brought to the energy meditation and its elements of practice. Individual attention is brought to each students needs.
Format /
This is a yearlong course with 12 monthly meetings - 4 (1) day workshops conducted quarterly and 8 practice days offered 1x per month during the other eight months of the year. The schedule for the year is created by the cohort at the first session. Workshops and practice days occur between 10-4pm on the scheduled days.
Course Fee: $700.00
Prerequisite: completion of the 1st six months of the Language of the Soul along with an embodied daily practice with the Chakra Energy Meditation.
A Conscious Approach to the Beatitudes
This course offers a conscious non-dogmatic non-doctrinal approach to the Beatitudes, providing an opportunity to see the relevance of the core work of Jesus Christ in connecting our day-to-day lives with our deepest intention to Heal & Grow. The birth name of Jesus Christ, Yeshua ben Joseph (Yeshua son of Joseph) is used in the title of the course to discern this course as consciousness work versus a religious course. Exploration and Practice within the Song of Mahamudra
Deep study and practice into the insight and wisdom offered in the Song of Mahamudra by Tilopa. The focus rests entirely outside any doctrine or dogma. This Soul-led course explores a deeply personal and contemplative relationship each participant has with each stanzas of the Song. Soul Journaling is a key element of the class.
